How to report a problemHow to report a problem

There are two ways to report a problem:

• Via the Delphi DataLens interface:

  1. Next to the error code, click Report problem and select Support center → Create request on the left-hand panel.
  2. Select a request type and specify a subject. If you select the Question or Issue type, the system will generate a suggested solution via the Delphi Search API based on the subject you enter. If you did not find the information you need, click Continue.
  3. Provide relevant details about the issue in the description and click Create request. A Delphi Cloud support ticket will be created automatically.

• Via a direct report to Delphi Cloud support.

In your report, please provide (if possible):

• The most accurate description of the problem and the sequence of your actions.
• Images, GIFs, or videos.
